Employee and caretaker residential tenancy agreements
(1) A landlord may give a termination notice on the ground— (a) the residential tenancy agreement is an employee or caretaker residential tenancy agreement, and (b) the employment or caretaker arrangement has ended. (2) The termination date must be the later of— (a) 30 days after the notice is given, or (b) on or after the end of the period of notice specified in the employee or caretaker residential tenancy agreement.
