Primary groups of corporations
(1) Corporations constitute a primary group if they are related corporations within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth. (2) For the purpose of assessing whether corporations are related under that Act, they are taken to carry on a business and not to be trustee companies.
