Section 82 — Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW)

(cf former s 9A (4))
(1) On or before each adjustment date, the Authority is to declare, by order published on the NSW legislation website, the amount at which each adjustable amount is to be construed in accordance with this Division on and from that adjustment date until immediately before the next following adjustment date.
(2) However, an adjustment under section 80 is not affected by any failure to publish the order referred to in subsection (1).
