Notice of extension of period for completing inquiry
If: (a) an inquiry is being held in relation to the supply of goods or services of a particular description by a particular person or persons; and (b) the Minister extends, or further extends, the period within which the inquiry is required to be completed and a report on the inquiry given to the Minister; the inquiry body must, as soon as possible, give the person, or each of the persons, a notice in writing giving details of the extension or further extension.
