Notification of proposed prices after receipt of report
(1) This section applies if a person receives a copy of a report on an inquiry held in relation to the supply by the person of goods or services of a particular description. Price notification (2) The person must, within 14 days after receiving the copy, give the Commission a notice in writing specifying the price or prices at which the person is supplying, or proposing to supply, goods or services of that description. Offence (3) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (2). Penalty: 10 penalty units. Public notification (4) The Commission must, within 14 days after it receives the notice under subsection (2), make publicly available details of the price or prices specified in the notice.
