Excess money in Part 7.5 regulated funds

(1) The regulations may determine, or provide a method for determining, when there is excess money in a Part 7.5 regulated fund.

(2) The regulations may make provision in relation to how excess money in a Part 7.5 regulated fund may be, or is to be, dealt with. The regulations may make different provision in relation to different funds.
