Regulations may provide for qualified privilege in respect of certain matters
The regulations may provide for specified persons to have qualified privilege in respect of specified things done: (a) under compensation rules forming part of Division 3 arrangements; or (b) under regulations made for the purposes of a provision or provisions of Subdivision B of Division 4.
