More than one financial benchmark may be specified in the same licence
(1) The same benchmark administrator licence may specify 2 or more financial benchmarks. (2) In that case, a reference to the financial benchmark specified in the licence is taken instead to be a reference to each of those financial benchmarks severally. (3) A benchmark administrator licence that specifies 2 or more financial benchmarks may be suspended or cancelled under Subdivision D in respect of one or some of those financial benchmarks only, as if the licensee held a separate licence for each of the financial benchmarks.
