Publishing details of licences
If ASIC grants a benchmark administrator licence, ASIC must publish a notice stating: (a) the name of the licensee and of the financial benchmark specified in the licence; and (b) when the licence was granted; and (c) any conditions to which the licence is subject; and (d) when the licence takes effect.
