Minister may require reports
(1) The Minister may, in writing, direct the Fair Work Ombudsman to give the Minister specified reports relating to the Fair Work Ombudsman’s functions. Note: A report must not include information relating to an individual’s affairs (see section 714A). (2) The Fair Work Ombudsman must comply with the direction. (3) The direction, or the report (if made in writing), is not a legislative instrument.
