Misuse of jobkeeper enabling direction
An employer must not purport to give a jobkeeper enabling direction if: (a) the direction is not authorised by this Part; and (b) the employer knows that the direction is not authorised by this Part. Note: This section is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4‑1).
