Appointment by the Minister
A member of the National Construction Industry Forum appointed by the Minister: (a) is to be appointed by written instrument; and (b) holds office: (i) on a part‑time basis; and (ii) for the period specified in the instrument, which must not exceed 3 years. Note: A member is eligible for reappointment (see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901).
