Confidentiality
(1) The views expressed at meetings of the National Construction Industry Forum are to be kept confidential. (2) However, this does not prevent members from: (a) reporting to the persons, bodies or organisations they represent; or (b) making announcements the members agree are in the public interest. (3) Within 14 working days of a meeting, the National Construction Industry Forum must publish on the Department’s website a public communique.
