Invited participants
(1) The Chair may, after consulting the members of the National Construction Industry Forum, invite a person, body or organisation to participate in a meeting. (2) The Chair may terminate the invitation at any time, including during a meeting. (3) The participation of a person in a meeting does not make the person a member. (4) A person invited to participate in a meeting: (a) is entitled to payment of travel allowance as if the person were a member; and (b) must comply with subsection 789GZJ(1) (confidentiality).
