Agreement between parties as to matters in dispute—further assessments and reviews
The assessment of a medical dispute by way of a further medical assessment or review of a medical assessment under this Division can be made on the basis of any agreement by the parties as to the following matters (without those matters having to be the subject of assessment)— (a) the degree of permanent impairment of an injured person that has resulted from a particular injury, (b) whether a particular injury was caused by a motor accident.
