Borrowings for the purposes of the Nominal Defendant’s Fund
(cf s 193 MACA) The Nominal Defendant may from time to time borrow such amounts as the Nominal Defendant considers are necessary to satisfy claims and judgments arising from or pertaining to third-party policies issued by an insolvent insurer which would otherwise be unable to be met from the money in the Nominal Defendant’s Fund.
