Inspection of documents by person authorised by Minister
(cf s 194 MACA) The liquidator of an insolvent insurer must, whenever requested to do so by a person authorised by the Minister, make any documents relating to third-party policies issued by the insolvent insurer and any claims or judgments made in respect of any such policies in the liquidator’s possession available for inspection by that person. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
