Constitution of Rental Bond Board
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the name Rental Bond Board. (2) The Board is subject to the direction and control of the Minister in the exercise of its functions. (3) The Board has the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any other Act. (4) The Board is, for the purposes of any Act, a NSW Government agency. (5) Persons may be employed in the Public Service under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 to enable the Board to exercise its functions.
