Members of Rental Bond Board
(1) The Board is to consist of the following 6 members— (a) the Secretary, who is the Chairperson of the Board, (b) the Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice, (c) the Secretary of the Treasury, (c1) the person employed under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 as the NSW Rental Commissioner, (d) 2 members appointed by the Minister who have, in the opinion of the Minister, experience in real estate or tenancy matters. (2) (3) Schedule 1 contains provisions about the membership and procedures of the Board.
