Collection of data of evictions
(1) The Secretary must collect data on the grounds used by landlords to give termination notices, including the evidence given by landlords. (2) The regulations may impose requirements on landlords and landlords’ agents to give to the Secretary the information required to exercise the Secretary’s functions under this section. (3) The Secretary must, each year, publish on the Department’s website a summary of the data collected.
