Inspection of documents etc by person authorised by Minister
(cf former s 30ZA) The liquidator of an insolvent insurer shall, whenever requested to do so by a person authorised by the Minister, make any documents relating to policies of insurance issued by the insolvent insurer and any claims, judgments or awards made in respect of any such policies in the liquidator’s possession available for inspection by that person. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
