Section 239AA — Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW)

Definitions

In this Division—
act of terrorism—see section 239AB.
insurer includes a licensed insurer, a self-insurer and a specialised insurer.
threshold amount—see section 239AC.
TRF means the Terrorism Re-insurance Fund (if any) established under section 239AE.
