Review of this Part
(1) The Minister must cause an independent review to be conducted of the operation of this Part. (2) The review must start on or before: (a) 28 July 2020; or (b) if a later day is specified in the regulations—that later day. (3) The persons who conduct the review must: (a) complete the review; and (b) give the Minister a written report of the review; on or before: (c) 8 September 2020; or (d) if a later day is specified in the regulations—that later day. (4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 5 sitting days of that House after the report is given to the Minister.
